At Easy Astronomy Blog, we are committed to ensuring that your goods reach at the point of delivery in no time and successfully. We have a planned-out procedure that puts in delivery effectiveness and smooth communications with our customers.

In-Home Deliveries Timelines

When you are placing your order, there are several factors that we consider when calculating the estimated delivery date. First is the amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for delivery. Normally, it will take 1-2 days on average to deliver your goods and some orders will take an even lesser time or longer depending on your location. Second, is the amount of time it takes for the orders to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery mover. We provide our customers with an Estimated Delivery Date, which does not guarantee the delivery date for your order but will assist you in planning to receive the goods and ensure efficiency from our end.

Preparing For Your Delivery

Once your delivery is ready, we make a point of contacting you first hand to let you know on the actual date and time of the delivery. The delivering company then delivers the goods to the address given when placing the order. If you are unavailable at the delivery point, the transporters usually pick another space to place your products. We advise our customers to leave enough room for accessibility purposes.

Delivery Signing

We recommend our customers to be present during delivery at the agreed time and place. If not available, we charge a delivery fee applied to your order. The agreement will be between Easy Astronomy BlogĀ and the customer. We are however not responsible for any third-party collection without notations of visible defects of packaging, missing merchandise or damaged goods. Upon delivery, you shall receive a delivery note order in the presence of our company representative to indicate that your delivery has been received. Ensure to examine your order thoroughly to ensure that nothing is missing, there are no damages or incorrect pieces. If such a case happens, we advise you to retain the goods and indicate the problems on the delivery note. Also, you are required to contact us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. A signed delivery note tells us that you are satisfied with the delivery and the items are in good condition.

Additional Fees

If you place an order and expect deliveries to be made to other locations rather than your own, additional fees may apply. For examples, deliveries to specific events and to the airports will require specific details for proper processing of your orders. It is good to note that we do not make any changes to the delivery address once the order has been placed especially on online goods and goods ordered via the phone. Online goods and goods ordered through the telephone are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.

Returns And Cancellations

Our customers are allowed return unsatisfactory goods within 365 days accompanied by the original receipt. We also refund monies in the same method of payment as the original payments. Credit card refunds are usually issued to the original account. Our cancellation policy is within 2 hours from the time of the order.
